1. Introduction

1.1. Contract

By using the GetLinksNow Services, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Your use of the GetLinksNow Services is also subject to our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, transfer and storage of personal information.

2. Responsibilities

By entering into this Agreement, you assume a number of obligations.

Creation of an account using false information (including the creation of accounts registered to others and persons under the age of 16) is a violation of GetLinksNow's terms and conditions.

The “minimum age” is 16 years old. However, if the law states that the Member must be older in order for GetLinksNow to legally provide the Services without parental consent (including the use of personal data), then the legal age must be used as the minimum age.

2.2. Your account

It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.

You must not share your account with anyone else and must follow GetLinksNow's policies and legal requirements.

Members are account holders. You undertake the following obligations: 1) try to find a strong and secure password; 2) keep your password confidential; 3) not transfer to other persons any data from your account (for example, contacts); 4) comply with the requirements of the law and be guided by the list of "Permitted and prohibited actions". In the relationship between you and other people, the account belongs to you. However, if the Services are purchased by another party for your use (for example, purchased by your employer), the party paying for such Service may control access to it and receive reports on your use of such paid Service. However, this party does not have rights to your personal account.

2.3. Payment and payments

• • We can calculate the amount of taxes you owe based on the payment details provided at the time of purchase.

2.4. Notifications and messages

You agree that GetLinksNow will use its websites, applications and contact information to deliver notifications and messages to you. If your contact information is out of date, you might miss important notices from GetLinksNow.

You agree that GetLinksNow will send you notices and communications in the following ways: (1) as part of the Service; (2) using the contact information you provide (for example, email address, mobile phone number, actual address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

You can control and limit messages received from GetLinksNow in your settings pages.

3. Rights and restrictions

3.1. License you grant to GetLinksNow

You own all the content and personal data that you provide to us. However, you also grant GetLinksNow a non-exclusive license to them.

Generally, GetLinksNow does not review content provided by Members or others. You agree that GetLinksNow is not responsible for the content and information of third parties (including other Members). GetLinksNow cannot always prevent misuse of the Services. You agree that GetLinksNow is not responsible for any such misuse.

You are responsible for making decisions about accessing or using third party applications and websites that are linked to when using the Services.

3.4. Restrictions

GetLinksNow has the right to restrict how you contact and interact with the Services.

GetLinksNow reserves the right to restrict your use of the Services. GetLinksNow reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your account if it believes that you have violated this Agreement or the law or are using the Services in an inappropriate manner.

3.5. Intellectual property rights

GetLinksNow uses data and information about you to provide relevant recommendations to you and others.

4. Limitation of Liability

SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS. IN SUCH CASES, THE RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

4.2. Exclusion of liability

GetLinksNow's legal liability to you is limited.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND IF NOW GetLinksNow not conclude a separate written agreement replaces THIS AGREEMENT), GetLinksNow AND AFFILIATES GetLinksNow (and those with whom GetLinksNow work together to provide services) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY fOR ANY IMPLIED, SIDE, FACT, FOLLOW OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY DATA LOSS, capability, reliability, profits or revenues due to service (e.g., IN offensive or defamation, simple or LOSS USING OR CHANGE INFORMATION YOUR OR CONTENT).

LIABILITY OF GetLinksNow AND GetLinksNow's Affiliates (AND THOSE WITH WHOM GetLinksNow JOINS TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE) SHOULD NOT EXCEED (IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAPPYLY) MUCHLY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES B) 1000 USD (US DOLLARS).

SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS ONE OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND GetLinksNow AND SHALL APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT LAW) EVEN IF ADVISED GetLinksNow OR AFFILIATES GetLinksNow OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IN THE CASE OF THE FAILURE TO ACHIEVE ITS MAIN PURPOSE BY SUCH REMEDIES OF LEGAL PROTECTION.

SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY. IN SUCH CASES, THE APPLICABLE RESTRICTIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

5. Termination of use

This Agreement can be terminated at any time.

You and GetLinksNow may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing notice to the other party. If terminated, you will lose your right to access or use the Services.

6. General Provisions

Some important information about the Agreement is presented below.

If a court having jurisdiction over this Agreement determines that any part of it is unenforceable, then you and GetLinksNow agree that the court must amend the terms in such a way that that part becomes enforceable and does not become invalid. its meaning. If the court is unable to do so, then you and GetLinksNow agree to petition the court to remove the unenforceable portion and to keep the other provisions of this Agreement in effect.

Where permitted by law, the English language version of this Agreement is legally binding and translations into other languages are provided for convenience only. This Agreement (including additional terms that GetLinksNow may set when you use certain features of the Services) is the only agreement between us in relation to the Services and supersedes all prior agreements regarding the Services.

Inaction on the part of GetLinksNow in the event of a breach of this Agreement does not mean that GetLinksNow waives its right to enforce the terms of the Agreement. You may not transfer or assign this Agreement (or your participation in or use of the Services) to anyone without GetLinksNow's consent. However, you agree that GetLinksNow has the right to transfer this Agreement to its affiliates or purchasing party without your consent. There are no third-party beneficiaries under this Agreement.

You acknowledge that the only way to provide GetLinksNow with proper notice is by sending it to the addresses specified in Section 9.

7. Permitted and prohibited actions in GetLinksNow

7.1. Permitted actions

This list of "Do's and Don'ts" defines what you can and cannot do on the GetLinksNow Services.

You agree that you will:

1. Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws and regulations;

3. use your real name and surname in your profile;

4. use the Services professionally and for business purposes.

7.2. Prohibited actions

You agree that you will not:

1. Create fake accounts in GetLinksNow, mislead about your identity, create a Member profile for someone other than yourself (a real person), and also use or try to use someone else's account;

2. develop, maintain or use software products, devices, scripts, robots or other methods and processes (including crawlers, plug-ins and browser add-ons, as well as using any other technologies) to extract data as part of the Services provided, or copying other data within the framework of the Services provided in a different way;

3. copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained in the course of using the Services, directly or through third parties (for example, search engines) without the consent of GetLinksNow;

4. disclose information without obtaining consent to disclose it (for example, confidential information of others, including your employer);

5. violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, rights to patents and trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights;

6. violate intellectual property rights and other rights of GetLinksNow, including but not limited to (i) copying or distributing educational videos or other GetLinksNow materials; (ii) copying or distributing GetLinksNow technology in the absence of an open source software license; (iii) use of the word "GetLinksNow" or the GetLinksNow logos in any trade name, email message or URL

7. post content containing software viruses, "worms" or any other malicious code;

8. to dissect technology, decompile, reverse assemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Services or any related technology, other than open source technologies;

9. imply or claim to be affiliated with GetLinksNow or receiving advice and support from GetLinksNow without GetLinksNow's express consent (for example, impersonating an accredited GetLinksNow reseller);

10. lend, lease or lease, exchange, sell / resell or otherwise monetize the Services or related data, or access them without GetLinksNow's consent;

11. use bots or other automated methods to access the Services;

12. monitor the availability, health or functionality of the Services for any competing purpose;

14. interfere with the normal functioning of the Services or create an excessive load on them (for example, using spam, denial of service (DoS) attacks, viruses, gaming algorithms);
